Neuro Learner Divers Workshop : Driving on the Spectrum 11 Jul

Learning to drive can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming — especially when the usual approach does not quite fit.

This small-group workshop is designed to help neurodivergent learner drivers and the people supporting them better understand where to start, what to expect, and how to build safer confidence behind the wheel.

Tennis Hangz 17 May

Tennis Hangz is a relaxed, low-pressure session for ND adults and allies who want a little movement, fresh air and connection — without any pressure to be “good” at tennis.

We’ll have the rackets and balls ready to go, so all you need to do is show up. Friendly hosts will be there to welcome you in and help you settle at your own pace. You’re welcome to have a hit, watch from the sidelines, take breaks whenever you need, or simply enjoy being in a calm, “come as you are” space with no pressure to be sporty or social.

Hiking and Picnic Day 22 March

A gentle bird watching walk and picnic for ND adults who like nature, fresh air and side-by-side company. Walk at a relaxed pace, take breaks when you need, and then settle in for a low-pressure picnic where you can chat, stim, snack or simply soak up the scenery.

What to expect

  • A relaxed, guided walk with plenty of rest stops and no fitness pressure.

  • Picnic time afterwards – bring your own food, or share if you’re comfy.

Barefoot Bowls 22 Feb
